CLARICE

DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. Our Policy

CLARICE, operated by Inteprods LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. Users may upload, post, and share content including documents, images, job postings, and messages. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable law, we respond to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

2. Designated DMCA Agent

Written notifications of claimed infringement should be sent to our designated agent:

Copyright Agent — Inteprods LLC

Email: info@inteprods.com

Mailing address: [Registered agent mailing address — update after completing DMCA agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office]

Our designated agent information is maintained with the U.S. Copyright Office.

3. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available on the CLARICE platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent above. For the notice to be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), it must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including enough information (such as a URL or description of where the material appears) to allow us to locate it;
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

You may use this email template to begin your notice (subject line "DMCA Takedown Request").

4. What Happens Next

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material and make a good-faith attempt to notify the user who posted it. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

5. Counter-Notification

If your material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the designated agent above. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in the district where you live (or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which Inteprods LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material after 10 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the user's activity.

6. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
